For Alumni

Welcome PiA alums!

You are part of a network of over 3,000 amazing alumni who have served as PiA Fellows across the Asian continent. Our alumni are our most valued asset, and we continue to look for new ways to share our stories and keep our connections strong. If you have any suggestions for how we can better serve our alumni and friends, please email to let us know!

What’s new for PiA alumni?

PiA Alumni Network:

For over a century, Princeton in Asia alumni have been gathering in restaurants, markets, bars, board rooms, and living rooms all over the globe to share stories, make new friends and reconnect with old ones, and reminisce about the year(s) that indelibly altered their perspectives on the world. Now, PiA is bringing together these widespread families of PiAers under one banner in establishing the PiA Alumni Network — PiA’s first-ever official alumni and friends association! The PiA Alumni Network aims to foster a lifelong, worldwide community of PiA alumni and friends who will create awareness, pride, participation, and support to the work of PiA across Asia and the world.

The PiA Alumni Network is organized into regional chapters, led by volunteer alumni. The nine inaugural chapters are based in the following U.S. and Asian metropolitan areas: Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Singapore, and Washington, D.C. Each chapter will organize seasonal events for PiA alumni and friends to socialize, network, volunteer, and explore Asian cultural opportunities together in their communities.

Please visit our Alumni Leaders page to connect with your local Alumni Network Chapter Leader(s) or visit our Get Involved page to learn about ways to get involved in PiA alumni activities -- such as recruiting and mentoring -- locally or virtually!

PiA Alumni & Friends Online Community:

We have also recently launched a PiA Alumni & Friends website and we're thrilled to share it with the PiA community! The website,, is a private, online community where alumni can connect with each other, create groups, plan events, post job opportunties, and otherwise engage with the PiA alumni and friends network of over 3,000 (and counting!).

The website is password-protected and dedicated for use exclusively by PiA alumni and friends. All PiA alumni already have a profile created for them on site, preloaded with their PiA fellowship and contact information. However, since alumni often frequently change locations, jobs, etc., it is possible that your information in the site isn’t up-to-date. Please take 5-10 minutes to verify and update your profile so your details (some of which are shared with other alumni on the site) are accurate.

To begin connecting with fellow alumni and friends, please go to and follow the on-screen instructions. PiA alumni can activate their profiles using their email address, LinkedIn account or Facebook accountFriends of PiA can create a profile using same link and following the on-screen instructions.
