1 position in Manila at a foundation that aims to advance international development through export-led job creation, international trade policy research and trade-related education and training. The Fellow will work in an education and communications capacity as support to the trade scholarships program, an initiative that seeks to provide deserving young people with scholarships (the trade scholarships follow the co-op model with integrated educational and work experiences throughout the college years) and support for college and/or university. Potential responsibilities aiding in the communications and development work and managing the alumni association platform. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in higher education, development through educational opportunities, and communications. Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, strong verbal/written communication, an interest in working in a close-knit, familial environment, and an interest in learning Tagalog in one of Asia’s great megacities. Manila is one of the oldest continuously inhabited and densely populated cities in the world, and contains a vibrant food and nightlife culture. Position begins in June.
