Ari Wolfe

Guangzhou, China

Ari was a religious studies major at Wesleyan University, where he also dabbled in running track and singing. He’s finishing an MA from BU in History and Education, teaching, and coaching track at Brookline High School. He speaks no Chinese, but looks forward to learning how tomime the international signs for “pint” and “bathroom.” He’s very excited about the prospect of authentic Cantonese cuisine and solving the international crisis with Taiwan. You can generally find him running, singing, reading, or eating, though usually not at the same time.

James Young

Singapore, Singapore
James Young, aspiring international man of intrigue and danger, will embark upon his international escapades by teaching Business Statistics and Business Communication at Singapore’s Ngee Ann Polytechnic. James studied for two years at the Colorado School of Mines until realizing that the 80%-male all-engineering school was not conducive to his social agenda. Interested in an enjoyable ‘well-rounded’ college experience, James transferred to the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned a BS in Physics, an MA in Economics, and countless fond yet blurry memories. In previous lifetimes James found himself as a yearbook editor, sailing instructor, astrophysics researcher, statistics instructor, and huge computer nerd (although, he denies the latter).
