Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate and implement all PR, marketing and advertising content and activities in line with allocated budgets in cooperation with senior management, sales, retail and design teams.
- Oversee budgets, databases, systems and platforms related to PR, eCRM, advertising, web marketing and social media.
- Maintain and develop local, regional and international press relationships through proactive outreach and rapid, quality response to press enquiries.
- Contribute input to overall brand strategy an development.
- Report to Marketing Manager and to Design, Marketing and Sales Meetings held every two weeks.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in PR, marketing or advertising or in a design and manufacturing firm would be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good planner with strong organizational skills.
- Positive "can-do" attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with office software (MS Office or iWork) - Adobe CS experience a plus.
- Fluent with internet tools and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms - social media and HTML experience a plus.
- Perfectionist with a passion for design.
- Able to work at our headquarters in Bang-sue.

Japan Summer Camp Administrator, Future Global Leaders Program
Japan
We are looking for a person to be based in Japan to administer and help manage a series of English language camps for the summer of 2013. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8 American university students who will be teaching Japanese high school students, both boys and girls, to practice and become more comfortable with spoken English. Camps generally have a low student:teacher ratio of 10:1 or less to allow for meaningful interactions. Teachers will conduct seminars on topics of their choosing, lead communication classes and participate in panel discussions. As part of this role you will be a substitute teacher in case any of the 8 teachers is unable to teach on a given day.
There will be 1-2 camps each week for up to a seven-week period from late July to the end of August. Most camps will be overnight camps lasting 3 days and 2 nights each. During overnight camps you will live at the camp facility. You may also spend part of your time living with a Japanese family and will have the opportunity to explore your various locations as your camps will be held in at least 2 and possible more prefectures. At least one camp will be at the base of Mount Fuji and you will have a day off to be able to hike the mountain if you so choose. Another day will offer you the opportunity to tour a private Buddhist garden retreat. The position starts in mid-July with initial training in the Boston area before traveling to Japan and concludes on August 31 when you return from Japan.
The Japan Summer Camp Administrator is responsible for the overall delivery activities of this Program and will be the senior on-site administrator. This position will report to a manager based in the United States.

With input from other staff, for each program you will plan and execute logistics, prepare budgets and proposals, and coordinate with marketing partners and suppliers.
