1 position with a leading Southeast Asian film festival in Luang Prabang, which is known for building relationships between the region’s industries and filmmakers and which has played a significant role in growing the film industry in Laos. Depending on the Fellow’s interests, experiences and skillsets, the Fellow will work on Development (writing grants, working with individual donors, building corporate partnerships) or Programming (coordinating with curators, filmmakers and distribution companies across the region). This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience working in the entertainment industry via a project that focuses on creative and economic development in the stunning city of Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The successful Fellow will be able to work independently and creatively under pressure, and will have a roll-with-the-punches attitude. Position starts in June.
