PiA Info Session @ Yale-NUS College

PiA Info Session @ Yale-NUS College
Tuesday, September 19, 2017 - 11:30am

"I am not the same, having seen the moon shine on the other side of the world." --Mary Anne Radmacher

After 118 years of sending recent graduates to Asia, we here at PiA would have to agree with Ms. Radmacher. If you are interested in a little something that we like to call transformational experiences-- in stepping out of the country, out of your comfort zone, and out of the cubicle-- we invite you to spend a year doing public health work in Laos, working for a major newspaper in Cambodia, or improving road safety in Vietnam. Or have you considered spending a year exploring the remote areas of Mongolia as a finance analyst with a micro-finance lending bank in Ulaan Bataar, or finding the best dim sum in Hong Kong while writing for a leading newspaper?

Princeton in Asia offers year-long fellowships for graduating seniors in 21 Asian countries in a variety of fields: access to education, environmental sustainability, economic development, public health, access to information and social justice. We also offer you the opportunity to form relationships with people that live millions of miles away from everything you've ever known, and discover true and lasting friendship in the most unexpected places. So come on, what are you waiting for?

To learn more from PiA staff Alex Jones (PiA China '10-'11), Natalia Rodrigues (PiA Hong Kong '13, PiA Singapore '14), and Audrey Jenkins (PiA Vietnam '14) please come to the Princeton in Asia information session on Tuesday, September 19th from 11:30A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Yale-NUS College here in sunny Singapore.

For more information, please email piaapps@princeton.edu. No prior experience in Asia or language skills necessary. See you soon!
